Samuel Golden, content and marketing manager for King Schools, was selected from a group of more than 600 applicants for the National Business Aviation Association’s 2023 Top 40 Under 40 award.

The NBAA said it began giving the annual award in 2018 to recognize young people “driving meaningful change and big results across all segments of business aviation.”

The NBAA’s Young Professionals in Business Aviation (YoPro) program hosted this year’s honorees during the NBAA convention in Las Vegas in October.

“We are pleased to announce the newest class of Top 40 Under 40 business aviation professionals,” the NBAA said in its announcement of the award winners. “This class represents a wide range of expertise in business aviation. It truly demonstrates that the next generation of leaders is here, and the industry is in good hands for a successful future.”

John Dowd, King Schools’ vice president of marketing, nominated Golden.

“Pilots for 50 years have used King Schools to pass their FAA exams and for pilot training,” Dowd said. “Samuel is a member of a new generation of technically proficient, digitally savvy young pilots who are ensuring the future of King Schools is in good hands. Samuel is part of the team that is using video and social media to share courses and researching AI’s virtual and augmented reality possibilities.”

Golden is an experienced pilot with a commercial airplane single-engine land certificate and an instrument rating. He also holds advanced and instrument ground instructor, and remote pilot certificates. He manages the King Schools’ digital advertising and social media programs, which have helped drive increases in the company’s market share and social media engagement.

“Samuel has had a significant role in keeping King Schools relevant in a fast-changing, competitive market,” said John and Martha King, founders of King Schools, in a statement. “Our advertising and overall communication with our customers have greatly benefited from Samuel’s work. We are very pleased and proud to see Samuel receive this well-deserved award.”

San Diego was the place to be last week for aviation educators as King Schools launched its Envision Flight Edu-Con Symposium.

The symposium was designed to be a way for educators and professionals nationwide to exchange ideas, share experiences, and delve into the world of aviation teaching and training for both pilots and mechanics.

Brian Hough, King Schools’ senior vice president of business development and sales, was the driving force behind Envision Flight Edu-Con at Coast Air Center at Montgomery Field (KMYF).

“Our vision for this event was to create a unique program that not only offered exceptional educational opportunities for our flight school and university customers, but also connected vendors with an outstanding customer base,” Hough said.

Among the distinguished speakers were King Schools co-chairmen John and Martha King, CEO Barry Knuttila, FAA-designated pilot examiners Mary Schu, vice president of marketing at Redbird Flight Training, and Josh Harnagel, and many other experts in their corner of aviation.

“The speakers addressed topics designed to give our customers better tools for operating their businesses better,” said John Dowd, vice president of marketing and public relations for King Schools.

If you missed the event, the individual speakers’ presentations can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLQTup63Foj4RTaOw5qbIjfYWBBzgP3xo5

The event also served as a launchpad for the celebration of King Schools’ 50-year anniversary.

Drawing on the flight time that they’ve spent over five decades flying, John and Martha King have contributed many stories to the pages of FLYING through their column, “Sky Kings.” Now readers can enjoy those vignettes—most of them previously published here—in their latest book, Sky Kings.

King Schools announced the book at the Sun ‘n Fun Aerospace Expo on Thursday, along with several new tools for flight instructors. They also presented the National Association of Flight Instructors/King Schools Scholarship award for 2023 to Tracy Atobatele.

The Kings purchased their first airplane—a Piper Cherokee 140—in 1969. Now they pilot a Dassault Falcon 10 together, and from that broad range of experience, they have drawn the articles within Sky Kings, including this one:

“One of the most moving and memorable chapters is entitled ‘Until We Had Our Accident,’” the Kings shared. “It begins with an account of a situation every pilot dreads: a total electrical failure above clouds, icing, and finally a forced landing in a cornfield in gathering dusk that sent a bloodied Martha to the ER. You might think that would be enough for one chapter, but John King goes on to relate the painful feelings he and Martha would experience when they would learn that some newly-minted pilot whom they had instructed had died in a crash, and how it sometimes made them ask themselves: ‘How could they in good conscience teach people a skill that was sure to get some of them killed?’”

With a foreword written by FLYING’s editor-in-chief Julie Boatman, the book retails for $21.97 for paperback and $13.97 for Kindle at Amazon.com, and more information can be found at https://KingSchools.com/Sky-Kings.

Flight Instructor Tools

King Schools has packaged several new tools for CFIs in its latest offerings. Instructors can now access the new Flight Instructor Program, which allows them to track their students’ progress through any King Schools course through a discrete connection. The tool lets CFIs understand not only what lessons the student is currently taking but also where their strengths and weaknesses lie. Those CFIs using the Flight Instructor Program also gain access to all King Schools primary certification courses, from private pilot to initial flight instructor.

Another cool tool? A newly crafted course called Your First Flying Lesson. Fly along with King Schools president and CEO—and longtime instructor—Barry Knutilla on an exciting discovery flight from Montgomery Field (KMYF) in San Diego, California, out to Catalina Island. Along the way, Knutilla shares tips and tricks for making a person’s first taste of flight informative and fun.

Flight schools can now access the complete Cessna Flight Training System—with sport/private, instrument, commercial, and flight instructor courses—and gain the benefits of offering that system to their students as well as tracking their progress through its learning management system.

The Kings also talked about how their first book, Lift, can help CFIs become better in the business of providing instruction.

NAFI Scholarship Winner

Finally, the Kings joined National Association of Flight Instructors board chair Karen Kalishek in awarding instructor-to-be Tracy Atobatele with the 2023 NAFI/King Schools Flight Instructor Scholarship. Atobatele’s story, shared by King Schools in a release, explains well why she was chosen for the honor.

“She was born, the fourth of her parents’ four children, in a Lagos suburb in Nigeria. When she was eight, she and her father watched a TV segment about a young woman pilot. ‘Why do they admire her so much?’ she asked her father. ‘Her job is very important,’ he replied.

“Her father’s answer made a deep impression on Tracy Atobatele. In her part of the world, professional success was not something many women could aspire to, but she decided that she would succeed, no matter what. After graduating from college with a major in marine biology, she first worked as a tailor, then as a flight attendant on a number of jet charter services, and finally as a broker of jet charter flights.

“Moving to the United States with help from friends and family, she embarked on the project her father called “so magical and grand”—her training to become a professional pilot. Endlessly resourceful, she supported herself by setting up an online business selling sneakers made to order in Nigeria using colorful local fabrics. Characteristically, she did not keep all of the profits for herself; part she sent back to Nigeria to pay the hospital bills of needy women giving birth. At the same time, she mentored 30 young women, helping them to become flight attendants in Nigeria.

“Tracy’s parents supported her ambitions, her mother even more than her father. ‘Usually, mothers want you to settle down and get married. But she was different. ‘There’s nothing that you cannot do,’ she would say. ‘Just keep striving!’’ Her achievement remains a source of wonderment to her extended family, many of whom still live in a small village 125 miles northeast of Lagos. ‘I am the first in my entire generation to become a pilot,’ she says, ‘and for a very long time no one thought I could do it.’

“Extremely shy as a child and young person, Tracy found that flight training changed her, making her more self-confident and assertive. Now, she has no trouble articulating her sky’s-the-limit plans, which in the short term include flying for an airline, and in the long run opening her own flight school with an eye to helping other women begin careers in aviation.”

The scholarship is valued at $18,000 and includes a $5,000 stipend and lifetime access to King Schools courses, along with the company’s Flight Instructor Renewal Course.

The post Good FLYING Reads: John and Martha King’s ‘Lift’ appeared first on FLYING Magazine.

If you haven’t personally trained with John and Martha King, you know someone who has—they’ve taught roughly 50 percent of pilots through one of their live, video, and online courses through more than 45 years of propelling their company, King Schools, into legendary status.

The Kings established a successful business delivering ground training to prospective pilots as well as serving their ongoing training needs. They just released their first book, part entrepreneurship manual and part autobiography, Lift: How to Start, Run, and Grow Your Own Successful Business.

Though I’ve renewed my flight instructor certificate several times using their course, they have also been mentors, colleagues, friends—and competitors—to me and the companies I’ve worked with over the years. Most recently, they’ve contributed the column “Sky Kings” to FLYING.

But they started off as a piece of paper tacked to a column near my cube at Jeppesen in 1997, when I joined Aviation Courseware as a technical writer. Our team was in the midst of finishing the first installment of the Guided Flight Discovery program, for private pilots. Their smiling faces and thumbs-up demeanor served as a cruel reminder that Jepp had lost the contract to develop training materials for Cessna Pilot Centers to the Kings—and we were determined to best them in the marketplace with GFD.

At the time, I wouldn’t touch a King Schools video with a 10-foot pole.

Times Change

Fast forward through my “career path with many waypoints,” and in 2008 I took on the role of Cessna Pilot Center manager for Cessna. All of a sudden, as the training focal on the Skycatcher light sport aircraft program and head of CPC, I reached out to the Kings to launch our development of the new courseware that would accompany the 162’s debut with flight schools.

As we built our working relationship, I had a first-hand view of not only their business but also the ethical way they moved through the world—and aimed to treat their employees with respect.

We’ve been through our fair share of spirited debates, and have not always agreed on the best approach to specific elements of training.

One example: John was not an early proponent of scenario-based training as outlined with the FAA/Industry Training Standards (FITS), while to me its advantages were clear. It turned out that the answer for us both was in its proper execution—natural for some instructors to deliver, but considered a complete waste of time by others. We found a resolution for the Cessna Sport/Private Pilot Training Program.

So, What About the Book?

I mention all this because I sat down to read “Lift” curious to see what I would learn. Would this be a review of the hundreds of stories they’ve shared over the years, both with me directly and to various audiences? Sure, it turns out a lot of those anecdotes reside in its pages—but you’d expect that they’d share some of their most important lessons again.

The Kings are clearly on a mission to promote entrepreneurism, and the benefits of healthy business development. However, after opening chapters compelling the reader to form a solid business plan based on a passion—and their personal “Scrabble tiles”—John and Martha quickly get into the specific reasons why they feel their business has succeeded, as well as outlining areas where they have failed.

They provide actionable tools to use to help you organize your own business. While these might seem basic to those with a strong business background, there are also good reminders within about the elements that have worked.

Because of their own position in the industry, the Kings have met a ton of interesting people along the way. They include additional stories that introduce you to some of these folks—a veritable who’s who of aviation legends. And they give credit where it is due to the team members who have propelled them forward.

Overall, it’s a fast-moving read, with nuggets enough to keep even those of us who have had the pleasure to work with John and Martha entertained—and still learning from them.

At NBAA 2022

The Kings will host a book signing at the Coffee Social at the National Business Aviation Association’s Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in Orlando at the Orange County Convention Center on Tuesday, October 18, at 2 p.m. The first 100 attendees will receive a complimentary copy.

The post Ned Parks Honored with Service Award from National Association of Flight Instructors appeared first on FLYING Magazine.

Ned Parks is the winner of the Jack J. Eggspuehler Service Award by the National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI)

Since its launch in 1967, NAFI has become the largest and oldest association dedicated to representing flight instructors worldwide. NAFI members work independently as instructors at flight schools, universities, FBOs, corporate flight departments, and even the military.

Parks Joins Iconic Recipients

The service award to Parks was presented at the NAFI annual member breakfast on July 28 at EAA AirVenture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and recognized individuals or organizations that have contributed significantly to the flight training industry.

The award is named after NAFI’s founder, Jack J. Eggspuehler, a member of the Flight Instructor Hall of Fame who has served the association for more than 30 years. To receive the award, at least two-thirds of NAFI’s board of directors must favor the selected person or organization.

In a statement, NAFI president Paul Preidecker called Parks “a friend and colleague of the industry,” and said, “When I think of role models, Ned is at the top of the list.”

Parks follows other well-known recipients, including FLYING contributors John and Martha King in 2019 and companies such as Avemco Insurance in 2015 for its role in insuring CFIs. This year, the group selected Parks because of what they described as his long-standing contribution to education, safety, and mentoring of other instructors, which NAFI described as “commendable.”

“He blends his passion for flying with his ability to communicate in many different settings and formats to demonstrate his dedication to flight training,” the association said in the statement.

A Rich Aviation Background

Parks attended The University of Akron and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. With more than 4,800 flight hours, Parks is rated in both fixed- and rotor-wing aircraft, with multiple certifications, including his ATP and CFII.

While in the Army, Parks flew Bell UH-1 “Huey” helicopters and served as a ground and flight instructor. After his military career, Parks launched a business strategy and consulting firm.

Parks hasn’t allowed his flight experience to lapse, and he’s been a member of the FAA FAASTeam, as well. He has also owned and operated many general aviation businesses, including FBOs, charter operations, and flight schools, and has led corporate flight departments.

In demonstrating why Parks earned the NAFI award, the group highlighted his wide-ranging contributions as a member. They include:

 • Presenting at the NAFI Professional Development Center, MentorLIVE, and other forums
 • Volunteering on the Membership Engagement and Recruitment Committee
 • Launching the Member Ambassador program to welcome new members to NAFI
 • Hosting the monthly Rotor Instructor Special Interest Group

‘Stay Laser-Focused on Quality Instruction’

Despite his many contributions, Parks said he didn’t see the honor coming.

“To say I was surprised would be an understatement. To say I am honored is a bigger understatement,” Parks said. “As always, I support NAFI and flight instruction.” During his speech at the award ceremony, He called on NAFI members to “stay laser-focused on quality instruction” and said, “Whether there is a pilot shortage or not does not matter; what matters is quality instruction.”

In addition to his volunteer efforts for NAFI, he is an active volunteer in the East Central Ohio Pilots Association. He has also presented at the Helicopter Association International conference.

Should You Get an Instrument Rating if You Don’t Want to Be a Professional Pilot? https://www.flyingmag.com/should-you-get-an-instrument-rating-if-you-dont-want-to-be-a-professional-pilot/ Wed, 16 Feb 2022 14:25:25 +0000 https://www.flyingmag.com/?p=118719 The post Should You Get an Instrument Rating if You Don’t Want to Be a Professional Pilot? appeared first on FLYING Magazine.

I’m not planning on being a professional pilot. Why should I get an instrument rating?

You may enjoy flying now—but with an instrument rating, you will enjoy it more.

Getting an instrument rating is, indeed, a lot of work, but it is mixed with fun. Flying on instruments is like solving a challenging crossword puzzle. It’s a lot of effort, but it’s deeply rewarding. Plus, everything you learn in the process applies to the rest of your flying and makes it more exciting too. If you equip an airplane you own to do it, you will enjoy flying that airplane more from then on.

Having an instrument rating makes your flying more useful and lets you fly more often in general. Learning instrument skills relieves stress when the weather is dicey and improves your safety on cross-country trips significantly. It has been demonstrated countless times that you simply can’t tell up from down in instrument weather conditions by looking out of the windows.

Plus, with an instrument rating, you’ll sound better on the radio, too.

Do you have a question about aviation that’s been bugging you? Ask us anything you’ve ever wanted to know about aviation. Our experts in general aviation, training, aircraft, avionics, and more may attempt to answer your question in a future article.

The National Association of Flight Instructors (NAFI) has inducted legendary CFIs John King, Martha King, and Greg Brown, into its Hall of Fame.

The ceremony took place at the National Business Aviation Association Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) last week in Las Vegas, Nevada.

NAFI director of program development and administrator of the Hall of Fame award program, John Niehaus led the induction.

“The Hall of Fame requires a minimum of 20 years of active industry experience,” Niehaus said. “We know that all our inductees have contributed much more than the minimum. Today, we inducted the 32nd, 33rd, and 34th names to this list meaning, at minimum, we have a collection of over 680 years of aviation education represented in the Hall of Fame.

“The incredible privilege to introduce these remarkable flight instructors and individuals is the absolute highlight of my career.”

John and Martha King

Neihaus said, “John and Martha King have provided millions of hours of instructional content to thousands of future and current aviators.” The Kings, both contributors to FLYING, hold every FAA pilot certificate available—but those they hold most dear are their collective instructor certifications.

For more than 43 years, their company, King Schools, has delivered in-person and online ground instruction to prospective and continuously learning pilots around the world.

They’ve also circled the globe (via the length of Russia) in their Dassault Falcon 10, and they continue to inspire pilots through scholarship programs and outreach in risk management.

John King put it this way: “Learning to fly is an extraordinary achievement. It is a long process that encompasses an individual’s physical, mental, and emotional effort together into an extraordinary achievement. And we play a role in this—what a privilege! We are thrilled to be a part and receive this recognition.”

“And the amazing part is to be included with so many flight instructors that came before us that were mentors to us and we’ve learned from and help other flight instructors carry on that tradition,” Martha King said.

Greg Brown has more than 40 years as a CFI, and he holds every fixed-wing rating on his instructor certificate.

Greg Brown

He’s well known to his general aviation audience as the voice behind The Flying Carpet—which not only refers to his ongoing columns in aviation periodicals, but also the Cessna 182 that he flies extensively around the U.S.

But it’s Brown’s leadership as a flight instructor that sets him apart—he has more than 40 years as a CFI, and he holds every fixed-wing rating on his instructor certificate.

Brown also flew as a corporate pilot, and he has an airline transport pilot certificate with a Boeing 737 type rating—the basis for his books on turbine aircraft operations and professional pilot strategies.

“Throughout my career, I’ve strived to empower pilots at every level of aviation to achieve their aviation goals and dreams,” Brown said. “The best ways to do that? Make flying fun and inspire pilots to take command of both their cockpits and their careers…[and] promoting and stimulating a unified aviation community where our common passion for piloting transcends differences of race, politics, and gender, thereby broadening acceptance of diversity and aviation opportunities for all.”

The NAFI Flight Instructor Hall of Fame inductees are determined through a nomination process, and judged by a panel of instructors chosen for their ability to represent the general aviation community.

“I am proud that Greg Brown and John and Martha King have been inducted into the Flight Instructor Hall of Fame,” NAFI chair Bob Meder said. “On a personal level, I have learned at both the basic and advanced levels about flying and teaching others about aviation from them. More importantly, Greg Brown and the Kings’ commitment to aviation safety and proficiency along with their passion for teaching is an inspiration for all pilots and instructors.”

In a series of announcements on Thursday, July 29, at EAA AirVenture, King Schools debuted a new feature for both existing and new customers of its online training courses, as well as modified courseware aimed at colleges and universities, and a Part 121 preparation course. The Kings also celebrated their 2020 and 2021 flight instructor scholarship winners, in cooperation with NAFI and Women in Aviation International.

The King Schools Flashcard Companion App can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play’s app store, to help those preparing for pilot exams polish their knowledge during the final stretch of study. King Schools CEO Barry Knuttila said in a press release: “Student pilots today have very high expectations for their written test results. They want to score a 100 percent or close to it. The Flashcard App is just one part of the King Study Method designed to achieve that high score.” Knuttila outlined the study method, put into a pithy acronym that is also a hallmark of the training provider’s style. The VIP method stands for “Video instruction, Interactive questions, and Practice and recall.” After launching the app and logging in to a King iLearn account, customers will have access to flashcards for the courses they have already loaded on that account. The questions are downloaded to the user’s device for study off-line.

King Schools outlined the newest version of the Cessna Pilot Training System—the Classroom Edition—which has been optimized for use by universities and colleges. The courseware was initially developed for use by Cessna Pilot Centers for sport and private pilot training. The curriculum provides a solution for those facilities to deliver a Part 141-approvable syllabus, and they can use it to liaise with a partner flight school through an online tracking system. Pamela Olson, business leader for colleges and universities at King Schools, said, “The Aviation Education team at King Schools has developed a suite of classroom materials around the Cessna Pilot Training System’s Sport/Private Pilot course. The Classroom Edition integrates pre-built classroom sessions with a flight training syllabus, and includes PDF presentations, student workbooks, home study assignments, and flight preview videos. This set of tools is designed to reduce the average flight training time and produce more knowledgeable, confident pilots. The system also gives both classroom and flight instructors the ability to identify and surmount challenges students may have with flight training.”

Joe Muñoz
Joe Muñoz, CEO of 1StepPrep, is the instructor in the King Schools Part 121 Airline Operations Course. King Schools

King Schools has also identified a gap in pilot training at a more advanced level: preparing a newly hired pilot for Part 121 airline training. The company engaged veteran instructor and airline pilot Joe Muñoz to create the Part 121 Airline Operations course to fill that gap. Muñoz, the CEO and co-founder of 1StepPrep said, “This is a program I wish I would have had when I started my career. Like many pilots, my first flying job was for Part 135 charter. Many future airline pilots will also be coming up from a charter, corporate, military, or even general aviation background. This course will give those new airline pilots the terminology and operational knowledge essential for Part 121 flying.” The course includes the following topics: Terminology, Key Personnel, Amendments, Example Amendments, Flight Plan Review, Alternates, Briefing a Jeppesen Chart, Inoperative Equipment, Pushback Sequence, and other examples of typical airline flying scenarios.

King Schools also promotes the advancement of future flight instructors with two scholarships each year. The Kings and Knuttila were joined on the press conference stage by Bob Meder, chairman of the National Association of Flight Instructors, and Dr. Peggy Chabrian, founder of Women in Aviation International, to help celebrate the 2020 and 2021 winners of the NAFI/King Schools Scholarship and the Martha King Scholarship for Female Flight Instructors. Seven pilots have won scholarships to further their flight instructor certification, with a cash award of $5,000 and lifetime access to King Schools courses—including FIRCs. Winner of the NAFI scholarship in 2021 is Allen Reenders, and of the Martha King scholarship is Sarah Tamar.

The Instrument rating is one of the most challenging ratings to achieve, with complex concepts that have to be well understood in order to soar through the clouds. To help candidates in the learning process, King Schools has updated its Instrument Rating Ground School & Test Prep Course with new material to compliment the previously released course.

“We have added a significant amount of material regarding GPS procedures and use, including “Climb Via” and “Descend Via” clearances, along with great explanatory graphics,” said Martha King. The newly added videos are all filmed in HD.

This new course is one of the first programs that includes a new King Schools instructor, which also happens to be the company’s recently promoted CEO, Barry Knuttila. Knuttila, who has been with the company since 2002, is part owner of a Beechcraft Debonair and holds an ATP certificate as well as a type rating in the Falcon 10. “He is an accomplished and experienced pilot,” said Martha King of Knuttila. “He has been piloting the Falcon 10 with us for nine years and has flown a multitude of different aircraft.”

“Barry has a laid-back style that we know will connect with pilots,” said John King. “This is a big deal for King Schools that will be very helpful in continuing to increase our rate of high-quality video content production.”

“The new video lessons benefit from King Schools’ 45 years of developing techniques to help pilots deeply understand aviation concepts, along with ways to absorb and recall facts when rote memorization is required,” noted Knutilla.

The course can be used online or on an iPad or iPhone through the King Companion App, where the course material can be downloaded and viewed without an Internet connection. When connected, the progress of the lessons is updated so that the student knows where to continue whether using the app or a computer. The price for the Instrument Rating Ground School & Test Prep Course is $279. Future updates are free and King Schools guarantees that its customers will pass their exams.

The National Aviation Hall of Fame announced its class of enshrinees for 2019, naming six individuals to the prestigious club, two of whom will be familiar to readers of Flying magazine. Our own contributing editors John and Martha King join a diverse group of pilots who have contributed greatly to aviation in their own ways.

The class of 2019 includes: Col. Guion “Guy” S. Bluford, USAF (Ret.), a Ph.D. aerospace engineer, fighter pilot, decorated Vietnam veteran, instructor pilot, NASA Group 8, mission specialist on four Space Shuttle missions; The late Col. Gregory “Pappy” Boyington, USMC, Congressional Medal of Honor Awardee, Flying Tiger combat pilot and flight leader, World War II fighter ace, CO of the Black Sheep Squadron, World War II POW; Brig. Gen. Charles M. Duke, Jr., USAF (Ret.), a test pilot, NASA Group 5, CAPCOM Apollo 11, LMP Apollo 16, 10th person to walk on the moon; Martha and John King, founders of King Schools and 40-year veterans of aviation instruction, pioneers of multimedia training programs that have instructed more than half the pilots in the U.S. flying now; and the late Katherine Stinson, the fourth female in the U.S. to earn a pilot’s certificate, founder of the Stinson School of Flying in 1915, first woman to carry airmail and exhibition circuit pilot who set multiple distance and endurance records.

Each year, the NAHF Board of Nominations, a voting body comprised of more than 120 aviation professionals nationwide, selects from a group of previously nominated air and space pioneers to be recognized for their achievements with induction into the NAHF. Since its founding in 1962, 241 men and women have been honored with enshrinement into the Congressionally chartered, non-profit National Aviation Hall of Fame based in Dayton, Ohio.

The 2019 enshrinement ceremony will be held at the Wings Over the Rockies aviation museum in Denver on Saturday, September 28, 2019. Visit nationalaviation.org for more information.
